Registration information

1. Participation in the Congress is open for 

Members of IPRA-CINDER in all categories; those invited by the General Secretariat and the organising entity and all interested persons or institutions that meet the registration requirements.
In the case of the genaral public the following conditions for admission will apply: 
a) The interested person to hold a university degree in matters related to the Law or in other relevant scientific areas; performing legal or technical functions related to the registration matter.
b) The number of congress delegates do not exceed the maximum capacity available.

b) Chairman of delegation;

Note: Payments must be received by the informed deadlines (early or regular) after the deadline the subsequent registration rate will automatically apply.


Cancellation Policies

Receipt of written cancellation until 30 April 2021: Full refund of the registration fee will be granted, deducting an fee of 30 €.
Receipt of written cancellation from 1 May to 14 August 2021: 50% refund of the registration fee will be granted.
Receipt of written cancellation after 15 August 2021: No refund of registration fee will be granted.

All cancellations and/or changes to registrations must be made in writing to the congress secretariat via e-mail:
Any bank charges incurred in the process of reimbursement of a cancelled participation will be charged to the participant.
